Stories on The Curtain are presented with care for their context and the people featured in them.

2. Acceptable use

You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of site content with attribution. You may not republish full articles without written permission, scrape the site at volume, or use the content to train machine-learning systems without a licence.

3. Copyright

All site content is © The Curtain unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised reproduction of full works may result in a takedown request.

4. Advertising

The Google AdSense publisher tag is installed for site review, but the account is not approved and ads are not currently being served. If ad serving is enabled, advertising may involve cookies or similar technologies subject to applicable privacy choices. Before personalized ads are enabled for visitors in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, we will configure a Google-certified CMP that supports the IAB TCF.
